Maintenance Completed and /project Set to Read-only

The scheduled maintenance from October 31 to November 2 has been completed.

We completed the following:

  • File system maintenance for /home1, /project2, and /cryoem2

  • Updated NVIDIA GPU drivers

  • Updated the Slurm job scheduler

Unfortunately, we ran into an unexpected issue with hpc-transfer2 that could not be resolved during the maintenance window. hpc-transfer2 will be down as we continue to work on it. hpc-tranfser1 is still available for use.

Please note that /project has been set to read-only. You will no longer be able to write data to this file system. If you had a job that was stopped and resumed from maintenance, please check your job status. Your job will likely fail due to not being able to write to /project.

Your data on /project has not been deleted and you can still transfer all /project data to /project2. For complete details on how to migrate your data to /project2, please see our Project File System Migration Procedure announcement.
