We are opening up our annual feedback survey for 2024. We encourage everyone who uses our services to fill it out! The survey should only take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The feedback we receive helps us gain crucial insight into how our researchers’ needs are being met and what areas we can improve on. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will keep this survey open for a minimum of 2 weeks.
As a thank you for participating, there is a question at the end to opt in for a $20 gift card raffle. 3 winners will be randomly selected at the end of the survey period. All survey responses are kept anonymous, regardless of if you enter into the raffle or not. If you choose to enter, keep an eye on your email to collect your prize!
