Batch job submission failed for discovery partition

Hi,

When I submitted a job for jupyter notebook in discovery partition, I got this message:

Batch job submission failed: Invalid account or account/partition combination specified

Here is the project name: jafarpou_227

Can anyone help tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks.

Hi,

It looks like your PI did not renew their jafarpou_227 allocation at the end of June. We recently set non-renewed accounts to inactive which is why you’re now encountering this error. Please have your PI renew their discovery allocation by going to hpcaccount.usc.edu. In the meantime you do have access to their Endeavour partition so you could run jupyter notebooks there.
