I have been trying to install the tool named EthSEQ and I keep getting the following error.
I have been trying to work with r/3.6.3.
Try using the -l option to install to your personal library:
R CMD INSTALL -l ~/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/3.6 EthSEQ_3.0.1.tar
Assuming your personal library is the default location in your home directory. You can change the directory path as needed.
