The Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) is an NSF-funded virtual organization that integrates and coordinates the sharing of advanced digital services - including supercomputers and high-end visualization and data analysis resources - with researchers nationally to support science.
XSEDE regularly offers free workshops. This month, they’re offering a Singularity workshop on January 21. Singularity is an “open-source container engine designed to bring operating system-level virtualization (containerization) to scientific and high-performance computing.”
Enrollment in XSEDE workshops requires creating a user account, which is free.
