Access to /scratch2 data has been extended until the end of the Spring 2024 semester. Data will be available until May 8, 2024. Any data left after that point will be permanently lost.
/scratch2 is mounted read-only on hpc-transfer2. You will only be able to retrieve data from /scratch2 (if you have not already done so), but you will no longer be able to write to /scratch2.
There are several options for transferring your data out of /scratch2. Take a look at our File Transfer Overview for more information. Data can be transferred to either /project, /scratch1, or your local computer.
As a reminder, the /scratch1 file system is intended only for temporary and intermediate data storage, not for long-term storage. The majority of your data should be stored in your /project directory.
