Join us for a computational biology workshop this Friday, February 23th !
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST: Computational Biology with CARC OnDemand
An introductory workshop with an overview of CARC’s life sciences computing resources and tools. This workshop utilizes CARC’s OnDemand platform to prepare and submit jobs. Topics focus on demonstrations of common use cases and simple troubleshooting without using the command line.
Please note that our workshop times have changed. We are now offering one workshop every Friday from 10 AM – 12 PM PST. We hope that this new schedule makes it easier for more interested students to attend!
