Good morning. When dealing with tickets, I’ve thus far only been able to interact over email, which is clunky. For example, it’s difficult to see the ticket history. Is there a web interface we can access? This would make it considerably easier to view ticket history, share ticket information with others (or add them to the ticket), and to search existing tickets for related issues. Thanks.
Our ticketing system supports it but we haven’t enabled it for users yet. We hope to have it available soon.
