When and how to refresh account quota units?

I am part of the project that should have the project refreshed on July 1st. The project is continued, but I am not able to see the units getting refreshed. I thought the quota is for annual limit. We have review the project and review is no longer in pending. I wonder if there is some step to take to refresh quota?

In addition, I would like to transfer our project storage to project2/ I wonder how to do that.

Hi,

We normally reset Slurm account usage at the end of the fiscal year. Your SUs should be replenished now. If you are asking about disk quota, that is under your control, you can add/remove files as desired.

To get a /project2 allocation, your PI or manager of your CARC project can request a /project2 allocation through hpcaccount.usc.edu
