I recently used STAR which is already installed on CARC. However, I tried to use it again but it’s giving the error attached. I rebuilt the genome and still giving the same error. I do not know if I have to install a different version as in the error message?
Hi @salehm , it seems like the version of STAR available in the cluster is 2.7.0e
Please let me know how did you use star command or how did you load the module.
Can you send the output of two commands: which STAR and STAR --version?
